Corley is a Shelby County native and graduated from Shelby County High School in Columbiana.  He then attended Auburn University where he earned his B.S. Degree in Business Administration in 1993 and his Masters in Business Administration in 1995.

Corley Has been in Real Esate since 1995 and has owned, and operated, Ellis Properties Inc. since 2000.
